Workouts feels ineffective due to masturbation.

Remember body chemistry changes with porn induced masturbation.

But leaving other hormones apart it is important to consider testosterone changes in masturbation lifecycle.

When does the testosterone raises ?
- when there is a need to give hope into a girls heart in a competitive situation.
- when u do heavy workouts with most of the muscles involved.
- healthy diet and a good sleep.
