You need to split ALL your work (in computer/internet) into two.
- Porn/adult/fetish/favoriteclips/softcore viewing activities
- All other activities learning/reading/planning/working.

Now for all the adult/porn activities you choose your posture to be standing.

Initially when you just moved to a standup-workstation you feel you are moving around while watching porn and you will find yourself rearranging things your room while you are surfing porn. And initially you will feel masturbation is not as pleasurable as when u did it in sitting down or lying down posture. But this will change soon within a week, and you will find the same old pleasure in masturbation but now the number of time you masturbate in a week is reduced to half or 50%. (for some this will reduce up to 70%)

So the idea is to use standing posture to all your bad works and to use sitting posture for all you positive/regular works which benefits you. Immediately plan & buy a separate used laptop for adult activities & setup your standup workstation. And separate porn activities from messing your regular work at home.

Workouts feels ineffective due to masturbation.

When does the testosterone raises ?

- when u do heavy workouts with most of the muscles involved.
